IOPn.MtcMon status: The synchronizing CE’s memory size is not equal to the active CE’s memory size.
CE1 memory size = y kilobytes.
CE2 memory size = z kilobytes.

z – the size (in kilobytes) of memory in CE2

Description
The physical memory sizes of the two CEs are different. CE synchronization cannot be
performed until this condition is resolved.
Hardware/Software
This message is generated as a result of a CE hardware configuration error.
Action
•
Shut down one or both CEs.
•
Adjust the amount of memory for one or both CEs.
•
When the two CEs have the same amount of memory, power them up and allow them to
synchronize.
IOPn.MtcMon status: The Windows NT operating system on the active CE(s) has been shut down by bugcheck.

Description
This message indicates that the Windows NT operating system running on the CE was shut
down due to a stop error with screen dump.

The CE operating system automatically reboots unless it has experienced enough stop
errors to exceed the Marathon threshold. In this case, preserve the screen dump
information, and contact your service provider for assistance.
