Diagnostics
Capture Software Diagnostic Data
Software diagnostic data can be captured on a GV K-Frame XP Video Processor. This
information can be useful to Grass Valley engineers for troubleshooting purposes. Typically
this procedure is only used when the system is experiencing problems, and is done after a
Video Processor Frame reboot.
Note:
During the diagnostic data capture the GV K-Frame XP system may
remain functional, but system operation is not recommended at this time.
Leave the Software Diagnostic menu displayed and monitor the file save
process shown at the top of the menu to allow optimum information
collection.
