assigned a DTMF key for leaving messages under Transfer Options,
callers are not allowed to leave messages.
3. Ring-No-Answer Timeout: When ring-no-answer, the incoming calls will
be redirected to the Ring-No-Answer forward target after the defined
timeout. The unit used here is in seconds.
4. Call Waiting: You may enable the "Call Waiting" function to answer a
second incoming call when you are already on the phone. You will hear a
"beep" tone indicating someone is trying to reach you during a call, but the
caller will continuously hear ring tones instead. Call Waiting function
makes it possible to accept one more incoming call and place it in queue
when you are already on the phone.
If Personal Answering Option is not configured, the calls will be directed to
Auto Attendant when the requested extension is busy or not available. Please
refer to Chapter 7 Voice Mail Configuration/Transfer Options for more details.
Call Forward Conference Number
When the requested extension is busy or not available, the calls will be directed
to Transfer Options. If the follow-me conference number is enabled, callers can
select assigned keys to reach the phone number pre-defined in “Conference
Number”. To set the follow-me conference number, access voice mailbox of the
extension then press “4” for Personal Option, “2” for Notification and “3” for
Conference Number. Enter the phone number in “Conference Number” and
make sure you have enabled “Conference” under Transfer Options.
Mailbox
In Mailbox, users can select language options, Message Play Priority and
Message Forward.
