2. Select a pre-defined DTMF key to access voice mailbox (note: in each AA
Menu, it is necessary to assign one DTMF key as “Access Mailboxes” and
record greetings to lead callers. Please refer to Chapter 7 Voice Mail
Configuration/Auto Attendant for more details about AA Menu).
3. Enter the Extension Number then press “#” sign.
4. Enter the password of the voice mailbox and press “#” sign to retrieve
messages.

Notification
InterPBX provides options for message notification. Go to Main
Menu>Extension Management>InterPhone List, select an extension from the
list then click the Notification button.
Internal Notification
Internal Notification supports Ring Notification function. It allows the system
to call extensions or assistant extensions to notify users for new messages. This
feature helps analog phones or virtual extensions users without message lamps
to check voice messages. The way to initiate Internal Notification is:
1. Enable the Internal Notification and enter the extension number for
notification.
2. The system will ring the extension assigned in “Ext Number” to notify
users about the new messages.
