Chapter 2 Installing InterPBX Communication System
1. Before installing the Virtual phones, be sure to enter the License Key on the
Blaze/Savanna Server set up page. Please login to the Blaze/Savanna
Server and then go to Main Menu>Operation Management>General
Information. Click “Add” and then enter your license key.
2. Go to Main Menu>Extension Management>InterPhone List. Click the Add
button to create a new virtual phone.
3. Enter the Extension Number for this created phone.
4. Select “Virtual” from the Phone Type list.
5. Enter the password for the virtual phone. It allows the extension user to
edit personal configurations via InterClient. The password must be
numbers.
6. Please DO NOT enter any information on the “MAC Address” box.
7. Click “Submit” to save.
You can set the other items later. For the setup of the other items, please refer to
Chapter 5 Extension Management/Set IP Phone, SoftPhone and Virtual
Extensions.
