Enables or disables importing a custom factory configuration file.

Enabled, Import Factory Configuration item will be displayed on the phone's Web User
Interface at Settings->Configuration. A custom factory configuration file can be imported or
deleted via the Web User Interface.

Description:
Configures the access URL of the custom factory configuration file.
Note: This feature works only if the value of the parameter
“static.features.custom_factory_config.enable” is set to 1 (Enabled) and the custom factory
configuration file is a .bin file. If the parameter is changed, the phone will reboot to effect the
change.
