Call waiting and call waiting tone can be configured using the configuration files or
locally.

Enables or disables the Call Waiting feature.

Disabled, a new incoming call is automatically rejected by the phone with a busy message while
during a call.

Enabled, the LCD screen will display a new incoming call while on a call.
