In the CA Certificates field, click Browser to select the CA certificate
(*.pem, *.crt, *.cer or *.der) from the local system.

Click Upload to upload the certificates.

EAP-FAST
i.
Enter the user name for authentication in the Identity field.
ii.
Enter the password for authentication in the MD5 Password field.
iii.
In the CA Certificates field, click Browser to select the CA certificate
(*.pem, *.crt, *.cer or *.der) from the local system.
iv.
Click Upload to upload the certificates.
Click Confirm to accept the change. A dialog box pops up to prompt that
settings will take effect after a reboot.
Click OK to reboot the phone.
Configure 802.1x Authentication via the Phone User Interface
Tap Setting > Advanced
Enter the Admin password (default password: admin), and then tap OK.
Tap Network on the left side of the display, and then tap 4. 802.1x.
Select the 801.1x mode from the 802.1x Mode field.
