Note: This feature works only if the value of the parameter “static.network.ip_address_mode” is

set to 1 (IPv6) or 2 (IPv4 & IPv6). If the parameter is changed, the phone will reboot to make the

change take effect.

Web User Interface:

Network > Basic > IPv6 Config

Phone User Interface:

Menu > Setting > Advanced (default password: admin) > Network > WAN Port > IPv6

Description:

Triggers the static IPv6 DNS feature to on or off.

Off, the phone will use the IPv6 DNS obtained from DHCP.

On, the phone will use manually configured static IPv6 DNS.

Note: This feature works only if the value of the parameter

“static.network.ipv6_internet_port.type” is set to 0 (DHCP). If the parameter is changed, the

phone will reboot to make the change take effect.
