Quality of Experience
Quality of Experience (QoE) metrics track the quality of audio calls made in an
organization, including how many network packets are lost, the amount of "jitter"
(differences in packet delay), and the background noise.
The phone calculates QoE metrics and then sends them to a server for monitoring and
diagnostics purposes.
The phone will send QoE metrics every 30 seconds during a call or once a call lasting
more than 5 seconds ends.
QoE can be configured using the configuration files only.
