In the
Excessive BER admin
field, select
Enable
to enable excessive BER administration or
Disable
to disable
excessive BER administration. Excessive BER administration determines whether or not excessive BER is
propagated as a fault and considered a system event. For example, if excessive BER administration is
enabled, excessive BER can trigger a protection switchover and can cause a synchronization source to go
into a failure status. Excessive BER administration is enabled or disabled for the entire unit rather than for
specific radios.

In the Thresholds table, select the radio for which you want to configure thresholds.

Edit
