In the
Yellow curve min point
field, enter the minimum throughput of yellow packets for queues with this
profile, in Kbytes (0-8192). When this value is reached, the system begins dropping yellow packets in the
queue.

In the
Yellow curve max point
field, enter the maximum throughput of yellow packets for queues with this
profile, in Kbytes (0-8192). After this value is reached, all yellow packets in the queue are dropped.
9.
In the
Yellow curve max drop ratio
field, enter the maximum percentage (1-100) of dropped yellow packets
for queues with this profile.
10.
Click
Apply
, then
Close
.
Editing a WRED Profile
To edit a WRED profile:
1.
Select
Ethernet > QoS > WRED > WRED Profile
. The WRED Profile page opens ().
2.
Select the profile you want to edit and click Edit. The WRED Profile
–
Edit page opens. This page is similar to
the WRED Profile
–
Add page (
). You can edit any parameter except the
WRED Profile ID
.
3.
Modify the profile.
4.
Click
Apply
, then
Close
.
Deleting a WRED Profile
You cannot delete a WRED profile that is assigned to a queue. You must first remove the WRED profile from the
queue, then delete the WRED profile. See
Assigning WRED Profiles to Queues
To delete a WRED profile, select the profile in the WRED Profile Configuration table (
) and click
Delete
.
The profile is deleted.
To delete multiple WRED profiles:
1.
Select the profiles in the WRED Profile Configuration table or select all the profiles by selecting the check
box in the top row.
2.
Click
Delete
. The profiles are deleted.
