If you have selected several
items, you get a separate dialog
box for each item. Click Next to
leave the name of the current
item unchanged and go on to the
next. Click Cancel to close the
dialog box without renaming the
remaining selected files.

When you duplicate many items,
you are given a chance to change
the name of each copy

on Next skips the current item
altogether. Clicking on Cancel
closes the dialog box without
duplicating the remaining items.

Deleting a file removes the file
from your diskette, so be careful
to delete only those files you
know you will not need later
