To save your document:
1. Insert a diskette into the disk drive.

to open the File menu.

key to Save.
3. When a gray box appears in the middle of the screen (the dialog box),
move the arrow to the rectangular box beside New Name and click. It
will change into a cursor for text entry.
4. Type in a name for your document. You might use My Letterhead."
5. Move the mouse to the Save button below the New Name box and click
once with the left mouse button. A screen message will tell you when
your document is being saved.
You just saved a document! If you want to print it, follow the
directions on the next page.
