1. Find the Spreadsheet icon on the Main Menu and click on it.

3. Click on New/Open from the File menu.

The New/Open dialog box

appears:

4. Double-click on the name of the document or the template that you

want to open.

Spreadsheet opens your file.

OR

Select the document or template and click on Open.

You can create a new document
from the New/Open dialog box by
clicking on the New button.
