To drag several icons into another folder:
1. Select all the icons you want to drag by using the left mouse button and
drawing a rectangle around the icons.
Hold down
CODE
and click on the icons.
2. Move the mouse pointer directly over one of the highlighted icons, and
then press and hold down the right mouse button.
3. With the right mouse button held down, drag the mouse so that the
pointer on the screen moves the small outline to the location you want.
Then,release the mouse button.
Copying a File or Folder to Another Diskette
In File Manager you can copy a file or folder to another folder or to
another diskette.
To copy a file or folder to another folder:
1. Select the file or files you wish to copy. (You may need to open a folder
to find the file.)
2. Select Copy to Other Folder from the File menu.
3. Indicate the folder in which you would like for the file to be copied and
press Copy.
To copy a file or folder to another diskette:
1. Select the file or folder you wish to copy.
2. Select Copy to Other Disk from the File menu.
3. Insert the diskette on which you would like for the file to be copied and
press OK.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen. You may need to alternate
diskettes severaltimes to complete the copying process.
