Inner Radius.
The inner radii of the star represent the radii of an
ellipse that touches each of the star's inverted angles. The left box
specifies the horizontalmeasure, and the right box specifies the
verticalmeasure, in point increments. The default is 40 points
(about 0.56 inches); the minimum size is 1 point (about 1/72 of an
inch), and the maximum size is 288 points (4 inches).
4. Click on Create Star.
Drawing places the star in the drawing area.
5. Click on Close.
The dialog box disappears.
Setting Attributes
This section describes how to set the attributes for a graphic objectĊa
line, rectangle, rounded rectangle, ellipse, arc, or star.

Area attributes
are qualities such as the fill tone, shading, fill pattern,
and drawing mode.

Line attributes
are qualities such as the tone, line pattern, thickness,
style, and arrowheads.

Text attributes
controlitems such as the font, size, tone, line spacing,
paragraph spacing, indents, tabs, and borders.

Background tone
used with area attributes can be used to create
custom tones.
Tone and patterns can add emphasis and appealto a graphic image. You
can define tones and patterns for an object's
area attributes
(the fill area
inside an object) and its
lineattributes
(the border of an object, or a line
object). You can fill the space inside with tone or patterns, or you can
leave it empty (unfilled).
