The

Annex List Selection

 window displays the default list directory.

Although you can select another directory, it is efficient to save
RAC files in this directory.

Either:

•

Select an existing list from the list names in the

Files

window. When you select an existing list, a window appears
that allows you to verify your choice. You cannot overwrite
a list that someone else created.

OR

•

Create a new list by entering a new file name in the

Files

window or a new path and name.

Click

OK

.

Annex Manager saves the list in the file you specified.

Opening a RAC List

Open Annex List

 opens any list you previously saved so you can use it for

Annex Manager processing.

To open a saved list:

Select the File menu and click

Open Annex List.

The

Annex List Selection

 window appears (
