Appendix A    RAC Parameters

A-74

port_multisession

allows you to select ports that display two active windows. You can use this
parameter only for ports on which the VCI command interface is configured.

To use the multisession feature, you must:

•

Have a valid LAT key.

•

Enter

enabled

 for the

multisession

 parameter.

•

Enter

enabled

 for the

multisession_port

 parameter.

•

Reset a RAC if you change values for the multisession
parameters.

port_password

defines a port password for local password protection. You can use this password
as a back-up for host-based security if the security servers do not respond, or as
an additional line of security after you enter a username and password. For
security reasons, Annex Manager displays this value as
