Meaning: Large Immature Cells
Presence of a significantly large population
of cells located on RN + RM + channel 127
areas. This flag occurs when the number of
particles counted in this area is higher
than the limit set up in
LIC# , or when the
number of counted particles regarding the
total number of WBC is above the
LIC% li-
mit Section 5, 8.2. Pathological limits ,
page 5-36.
Suspected abnormalities:
• Large monocytes,
• Hyper basophilic monocytes,
• Myelocytes, Metamyelocytes,
Promyelocytes,
• Large Blasts,
• Large Neutrophils.
