Hold the spiral of the motor cable up,
while pulling out the process cable
package, in order not to damage it.

Do not damage the motor cable in the pro-
cess!
Back:
Remove the process cable package by
pulling it out backwards.

Continued removal - if the process cable package is going to be reused
The procedure below details how to continue the removal procedure if the process
cable package is going to be reused.

Ring spanner, 27 mm
•
Ring spanner, 30 mm

Remove the fittings from the
R3.PROC1-5 hoses.

Remove (temporarily) the two M4
screws on the left side of the Harting
connector (R3.CP/CS/CBUS).
This procedure can be a little tricky.
Front:

Perform it in the following order:
•
1: Push the insert out a little.
•
2: Put insert in an angle.
•
3: Pull insert out backwards.
The side of the insert marked “A-B” on the
right side of the insert, should be the part that
is pushed out first.
Remove the insert of the Harting con-
nector.

Remove the R3.WELD connector from
its cover, M5x16 screws (2 pcs).
