Replace any worn items as detailed in the
chapter
Repair on page 221 .
Check for mechanical wear, especially in
areas where the cable/hose package rub
against, or move close to, the robot or any
other structure. 6
Re-adjust the assembly after installation.
Especially check any cable/hose package
at the robot wrist.
Detailed in section Replacement of pro-
tective sleeves on page 290 .
If any of the protective sleeves are worn,
rotate it or replace it. 7
Secure any loose items as detailed in the
Installation on page 45 chapter.
Check the attachments of the cable/hose
package, to make sure they are properly
secured. 8
Tighten any loose cable retainers as de-
tailed in
Repair of process cable package
on page 293 .
Check all cable retainers, to make sure the
cables/hoses are securely locked in the
cable retainers. 9
