protect-
ive sleeves

Place these where they prevent the protec-
tion hose from rubbing against the upper
arm of the robot, as much as possible.
If required, additional protective sleeves
may be fitted.
Note
When fitting several protective sleeves,
always leave a space between them (ap-
proximately the width of one slide sleeve).

Make a note of where the protective
sleeves were positioned to facilitate repla-
cing them in the future.
If required, replace the protective sleeves.
Make sure all cable straps are tight enough
to prevent the cable package from moving
in an undesired way.

Make sure that the velcro strap are not too
tight. The cables should be able to twist.

Make sure that the cable package is prop-
erly connected at:
•
the connection plate
•
the robot base
•
the lower arm
•
the tool on the turning disc of the
robot.

Re-tighten if necessary.
Make sure that all connections are
fastened and that there are no leaks.
