26.3.10.5 Resolution
The ADC performs 12-bit conversions by default. However, if full 12-bit resolution is not needed, it is possible to speed up the conver-
sion by selecting a lower resolution (6 or 8 bits). For more information on the accuracy of the ADC, the reader is referred to the electri-
cal characteristics section for the device.
