CRC Polynomial Value
This value defines 16-bit POLY, which is used as the polynomial during the 16-bit CRC calculation. The polynomial is de-
fined in reversed representation, meaning that the lowest degree term is in the highest bit position of POLY. Additionally, the
highest degree term in the polynomial is implicit. Further examples of the CRC configuration can be found in the documen-
tation.
