EMO Switches
Emergency Machine Off (EMO) switches automatically shut down
the system when pressed. The EMO circuits for the integrated
system of polisher and cleaner must be tied together so that an
operator can quickly power off both systems by depressing any
EMO button. Also, the Integra system EMO will shut down the
ULPA filter, if installed. For more information, see Ontrak Safety
Alert #2 and Installation manual.
High Voltage Warnings
High voltage warning tags have been placed on all electrical
components and circuitry where high-voltage shock is possible if
safety precautions are circumvented.
Minimum Over Current
Rating
Integra Systems are compliant with the SEMI S2-93 specifications for the
over current rating of the main circuit breaker, CB1. The current rating is
100,000 AIC, which is valid for an input voltage of up to 220 VAC.
In general, the system provides the fully trained and safety conscious
operator the protection and controls needed to run the system safely.
It is the operator’s responsibility to learn the safety procedures and
to operate the system in a safe and responsible manner.
