Reason:
The operator can set two programmable alarms in the
system when a set number of wafers have been processed. These
alarms are typically used for the notification of a preventative
maintenance event such as a brush change. The alarms can also
be used for any other reasons the operator may want to know
when a certain wafer count is reached (e.g. batch control).
Disposition:
The alarm is posted but processing continues.

UV Lamp Failure

Reason:
This alarm is only valid on systems that support the UV
lamp interface option. The alarm is posted whenever the
UV lamp
sensor shows a failure.
Disposition:
System is put into CLEAR mode. Once all wafers
have finished processing, the DI bypass valve is turned off
allowing DI water to bypass the system.
