Reason:

Before the Megasonic Generator is turned on, the flow

sensors must indicate adequate water flow. This alarm is
generated if the

high flow

sensor reports high flow.

Disposition:

The system is put into STOP mode and the Spin

Station readies itself for the next wafer. Wafer recovery needs to
be executed in order to re-process the wafer.
