ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURE
The Electrical Enclosure is the module which contains all the power and
control circuitry along with the computer which operates the system. A
Remote Electrical Enclosure is available as an Integra option. There are
no standard operator control devices inside the enclosure. The only
operator level controls associated with the Remote Electrical Enclosure
are the process buttons on the exterior top side of the enclosure, and the
main circuit breaker on the front of the Electrical Enclosure. The
computer terminal (console) sits on top of the Electrical Enclosure.
The Electrical Enclosure houses the power distribution circuits, and
the system CPU.
Operator access to the inside of the Electrical Enclosure is not
necessary. For operator safety, the Remote Electrical Enclosure door
is equipped with a Safety Interlock. Use the following High Voltage
section as a precaution.

VERRIDE
The Integra system has an EMO interlock switch mounted to the
center of the divider plate of the Electronics Enclosure. Opening the
Electronic Enclosure door releases a spring loaded plunger switch
that opens the EMO safety circuit. The EMO circuit is restored when
the doors are closed and latched.
When it is necessary to perform system calibration and
troubleshooting the door EMO switch may have to be bypassed. The
EMO circuit can be bypassed by depressing the bypass button located
next to the plunger switch. Closing the door resets the safety circuit.

ELECTRICAL HAZARD:
230/120 VAC is present in the Electrical Enclosure even
when the machine power has been turned OFF. Use the following common electrical
safety procedures:
Use the “One-Hand-In-The-Pocket” rule when working with
high voltages.
Use probes and meters which are rated for the power being measured.
Work with a partner.
Remove jewelry and watches from hands and arms before
working with electrical components.
The metal frame and panels can operate as a ground. Do not lean
on the metal frame and panels when working with live
components or circuits.
