SELECT PROCESS RECIPE

Variable settings and adjustments allow the Integra to process a 
variety of different types and sizes of wafers. Each wafer (type and 
size) has a Process Recipe specifically designed to meet its 
processing requirements. Use the 

SELECT PROCESS SCREEN

 to select 

a specific Process Recipe name.

A

NOTE:

 Only change the Process Recipes when the Integra is idle. If a Process Recipe is 

changed while processing wafers, the change is 

immediate

 and will effect the current run 

of wafers.

Use the following procedure to select a Process Recipe for an 
upcoming run of wafers.

MAIN MENU

 screen, touch SELECT PROCESS.
