Reason:

This alarm indicates that a wafer is not expected at the

Output Station. It can occur if the slot number that the wafer is
destined to go to, is out of range. The range of slot numbers is 1 to
the value assigned in the MAX_OUTPUT_CASSETTE WAFERS
variable. During wafer recovery, if the wafer slot number cannot be
determined, then the system will assign an invalid slot number (99).

Disposition:

The system is put into STOP mode and the alarm is

posted.

Alarm can be configured by the user to set the

system into CLEARING (default), STOP or DISABLED mode.
