DELETING A USER FROM THE SYSTEM

If it becomes necessary to delete a user from the system, turn ON the
Security key, then use the following procedure.

1 To delete a user ID from the system touch the button in the

DELETE USER column, next to the user ID to be deleted.

2 The SYSTEM MESSAGE DISPLAY warns that this operation will

delete the listed user and asks if you really want to do this. Touch
YES to delete the user. To quit the SECURITY screen, touch EXIT.
