Set a deceleration time from the rated speed to 0 r/min.
Additionally, when 20000 ms or more value is set, it will be clamped to 20000 ms.

Set the parameter on the assumption that the maximum torque or thrust is
100.0 %. The parameter is set for limiting the torque of the servo motor or the thrust of
the linear servo motor.
No torque or thrust is generated when this parameter is set to "0.0".
When TL1 (Internal torque limit selection) is turned on, Internal torque limit 1 and
Internal torque limit 2 are compared and the lower value will be enabled.
Set the parameter referring to section 3.6.1 (5) of "MR-J4-_A_(-RJ) Servo Amplifier
Instruction Manual" and section 11.5.3 (6) of this Instruction Manual.
