327 Initiated with no sense function enabled
A measurement has been initiated without specifying the measurement (sense) function.
328 Too many measurement points
Too many measurement points have been specified.
331 Illegal parameter value
The parameter value is out of range or does not exist.
332 Primary/secondary error
An error has occurred in the primary/secondary configuration
