On the system unit, the 00AC reference code can be caused by an SPCN
frame-to-frame cable problem. This usually occurs between the system unit and
the FC 9079 Base I/O Tower. See the symbolic FRU “CBLALL” on page 512 for
a parts list. Return here and continue with the next step of this procedure if the
problem is not resolved.
3. Is the failing AC module on a system unit?
Yes No

Go to step 8 on page 497 of this procedure.
4. Is the SRC 00AC, CB05, or CB06 on a system with 1 AC module?
No Yes

performed before replacing parts.
b. Check the error log when SRC 7412 and 7413 are both logged at the
same time.
