Release Lever installed during production.

Transfer Release Lever – The following changes have been made to 
ensure that the transfer belt is not scratched from vibration during 
transport, which can occur as the machine is shipped from the factory 
with the belt and drum contacting each other. 

 

1) The machine is now shipped with the drum released from the 

transfer belt, i.e. with the release lever secured with tape in a second 
(new) unlocked position. 

2) The parts listed below have been modified so that the front door can 

be closed with the lever in the second unlocked position for shipping. 
At installation, the lever must then be set to the locked position for the 
door to close. 

Please update your G060/G570 Parts Catalog with the following 
information.
