SERVICING OF ENGINE

Assemble the counter shaft assembly (clutch 
shaft)  and  drive  shaft  assembly  as  set  in 
crankcase assembly LH. (Fig. 3.184)

l

Assemble  the  fork  gear  shift  no.1,  fork  gear 
shift  no.  2  and  fork  gear  shift  high  speed  on 
their respective position. (Fig. 3.185)

l

Assemble cam gear shift (A) in the crankcase 
assembly. (Fig. 3.186) and locate both the fork 
gear shifts in their respective grooves on the 
cam complete gear shift.

l

Assemble  both  the  shaft  shift  forks  in  the   
crankcase  assembly  LH  through  fork  gear 
shifts. (Fig. 3.187)
