6.
Using a 1/16" Allen wrench or a Phillips head screwdriver as
appropriate, insert two screws in the upper corners and tighten.
7.
Turn the lower module over and insert the alignment boss with bevel
side up into the hole in the center of the sensor cavity.
8.
Turn module over and insert the #6 flat washer over the shoulder of
the alignment boss. Apply a drop of Loctite 222 to the threads of the
alignment boss screw and insert the screw through the center of the
board into the alignment boss. Using a 5/64" Allen wrench or a
Phillips head screwdriver as appropriate, tighten the screw.

Insert the sensor cassette luer fitting into the other round opening in
the front of the module, adding the #6 flat washer to the board side.
10.
Apply a drop of Loctite 222 to the threads of the sensor cassette luer
fitting.
11.
Add a hex nut to the sensor cassette fitting luer and tighten with a
5/64" nut driver.
NOTE:
Hold the sensor cassette fitting luer by hand. DO NOT use
pliers or similar tool to hold the luer as this may damage the surface
and cause leakage. A sensor cassette may be used to hold the luer in
place.
12.
Using figure 6-7, connect the opto-sensor cable to J6 of the valve
board with the green wire in the top position.
13.
Connect the roller pump cable to J5 of the valve board with the red
wire in the right position.
14.
Route the waste pump cable under the tubing and connect the cable to
J4 of the valve board with the green wire in the top position.
15.
Zero the sensor channels following the instructions in
Chapter 4,
Electronic Zero Offset

16.
Calibrate the valve board following the instructions in
Chapter 4
