Valve Board Assembly,
Continued
Attaching the
valve board
Follow these steps to re-attach the valve board assembly.
Step Action
1.
Insert the valve board into the housing as shown above, aligning the
sensor connector with the front of the housing.
2.
Insert two screws in the upper corners of the valve board and tighten.
3.
Turn the module over and insert the alignment boss with bevel side up
into the hole in the center of the sensor cavity.
4.
Insert the sensor cassette fitting luer into the other round opening in
the front of the module. Use an old sensor cassette to hold the boss
and luer in place and turn the module over.
5.
Apply a drop of threadlocker 222 to a 6-32 x ¼” screw and insert the
screw through the center of the board into the alignment boss and
tighten.
6.
Add a #6 flat washer to the sensor cassette fitting luer. Apply a drop
of threadlocker 222 to the threads of the luer.
7.
Add a 10-32 hex nut to the luer and tighten with a 5/64” nut driver.
NOTE:
Hold the sensor fitting by hand or with an old sensor
cassette.
DO NOT
use pliers or similar tool to hold the luer as this
may damage the surface and cause leakage.
