Connecting the 
valve board 

Follow these steps to re-connect the valve board and manifold assembly. 

NOTE: 

Do not alter the length of the tubing. It has been precut to the optimal 

length. Alterations could affect the fluid draw performance causing errors. 

 

Step Action 

1.  

Connect the opto-sensor cable to J6 of the valve board with the green 
wire in the top position, as shown below. 

2.  

Connect the roller pump cable to J5 of the valve board with the red 
wire in the top or right position, depending on the board configuration, 
as shown below. 

3.  

Connect the waste pump cable to J4 of the valve board with the green 
wire in the top position, as shown below.
