If any value larger than MAXIMUM below or START VARIABLE setting
value is set, the value of MAXIMUM or START VARIABLE is also
changed to the same value

- Setting resolution: 0.1%

Sets the maximum value of SWEEP range of COLLECTOR SUPPLY.
