Unscrew the impeller cover fi xing bolt(1) of drive pulley
assembly to disassemble the impeller cover(2), pulley
body(4) and spring(3). 1.
Fixing bolt
Tightening torque ............8.4 ~ 10.8 Nm
86 ~ 110 kgf-cm
6.2 ~ 7.9 lb-ft

Fix the shaft (A) of fi xing pulley assembly and turn the
spider assembly part (B) to remove and then remove
the spider assembly(1), sliding pulley assembly(2),
and fi xing pulley assembly(3) in order. 2.
Spider assembly
Tightening torque ............147.0 ~ 166.6 Nm
1500 ~ 1700 kgf-cm
108.0 ~ 122.4 lb-ft

When disassembling the drive pulley assembly,
the impeller cover can be pushed up by its
internal spring with strong force and you can get
injured.
