The voltage should be measured when turning the
key switch to ON position when the wiring connec-
tor is installed. •
5.7 PARKING BRAKE SWITCH

The parking brake switch is installed to the front
of the parking brake lever on the left side from the
driver's seat.
• N.O (Normally open) type:
It is normally open (OFF) but it is closed (ON) when
contact point is pressed.

ELECTRIC SYSTEM - ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Disconnect the brake switch connector and measure
the resistance between the switch terminal and chassis
(ground).
Measure the resistance separately with the parking
brake lever applied and released.
