REAR AXLE - DISASSEMBLY, SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY
Pull out the rear cargo bed frame mounting snap pin (1)
and remove the pins (2) on both sides. •

Front/rear wheel nut (M10)
tightening torque ............ 39.2 ~ 45.1 Nm
4.0 ~ 4.6 kgf-m
28.8 ~ 33.1 lb-ft
Unscrew the rear wheel mounting nuts (M10, 10
EA) using the 14 mm socket wrench and place a
hydraulic stand under the frame for support. Then,
lift the frame off the ground slightly and remove the
rear wheels. 4.

Disconnect the brake fl uid hose (1) and remove the
upper/lower rear arm mounting bolts (2) (M10, 2 EA)
and strut assembly mounting bolt (3) (M8, 1 EA) using
the 14 mm and 12 mm spanners. 5.
Pull out the rear axle drive shaft (CV joint) assem-
bly (same for the left and right sides). 6.
