19.
Disconnect the battery connectors.
Connectors: CN3, CN6

Remove the two ground wire terminals from the Arm #1.
Cross recessed head screws with washer: 2-M4

Remove the Joint #2 motor unit.
For details, refer to
Maintenance: 6.1 Joint #2 - Replacing the Motor,
Removal steps (1) to (3)
and (5) to (9).
22.
Cut off the wire tie that binds the cables inside the Arm #1 and
remove the connector connected to the control board 1.
Connector: GS01
23.
Remove the Joint #1 cable fixing plate (Arm #1 side).
Hexagon socket head cap bolts: 2-M4

Disconnect the internal cables from the base side to the Arm #1 side.
Protect the connectors with masking tapes.
- To protect the connector’s clips
- To avoid adherence of cable grease
Disconnect the connectors one by one in order from the smallest
connector to the largest one.
