2. Set the EluGen cartridge in the service area on top of the ICS-2100
and orient it with the cable toward the EGC holder (see Figure 44 ).
3. Pull the coiled black
EGC IN
and
EGC OUT
lines out slightly from the
cartridge holder.
4. Disconnect the
EGC
IN
line from the
union that connects
it to the
EGC OUT
line.
5. Connect
EGC IN
to
the EGC
INLET
port
(see Figure 45 ).
