7 MPa (1000 psi) backpressure coil (P/N 053765) (see
12. Direct the free end of the backpressure coil to a temporary waste
container.
Installing the EluGen Cartridge Vent Line
1. Locate the EluGen Cartridge Vent Line Tubing Kit
(P/N 063092) supplied with the EluGen cartridge.
2. Slide the label onto one end of the tubing and then push the barbed
luer lock onto the tubing.
