1. Connect the
TO INJ VALVE IN - P/ELUENT OUT
line to the coupler
attached to the mixer inlet line. Route this line along the back of the
drip tray to prevent it from being pinched when the ICS-2100 door is
opened and closed
2. Route the mixer outlet line to the back of the component panel (see

NOTE Backpressure tubing may be required between the
injection valve and the EGC CO

Mixer outlet. The
EluGen cartridge requires 14 to 16 MPa (2000 to
2300 psi) of system backpressure for removal of
electrolysis gas from the eluent produced by the
cartridge. See
