configure arp state not-present max-number
Purpose
Sets the maximum number of ICMP unreachables transmitted for an ARP entry in the noPresent state. After this number is reached,
the next ICMP unreachable packet causes the entry to transition to the searching state, unless the noPresent minimum time (set by
the
configure arp state not-present min-time
command has not been reached.

Information
To reset the number of ICMP unreachables to the default value, use the no option.
Parameters
<number>
Maximum number of ICMPs sent in this state. Range is 0 to 65535 and the default is set at 3 ICMP unreachable transmissions.
