clear cable flap-list
Purpose
Clears the flap-list.

The

option is used to clear all flap list counts. Note that only the counts are cleared, the times and pre-flap states are not
cleared.

Clears all flap counts for all cable modems

Displays all interfaces for a given slot; specific interface; or slot/upstream port number [.logical channel]

Filters on the downstream for the DCAM slot/channel
